Hi, I’m the other half of its all about the cake, the one who looks after the day to day running of the business and all our trade customers, I leave the bakery element alone to the clever people.

My background was project management in the construction trade, I was fortunate enough in 2013 to start up a property business, and in 2014 an amazing opportunity came about to buy the building which is now the heart of our business the amazing bakery where all the magic happens.

My favourite part of the job is taste testing every product old and new everytime I enter the bakery, only because I have the biggest sweet tooth in the whole business!

In my spare time I try to split it between my family: taking my son to all his football matches, providing him with constructive criticism from the side lines, then cheering my daughter on during her netball games, which keeps me pretty busy. I’m ususally up at 5am where you will find me in the gym working off all those extra calories! But my happy place is the golf course even when ive lost my ball in the trees or it’s fell short in the bunker
