Hi, I’m one half of an owner at its all about the cake, I first became interested in cakes when my daughter was born, as a child my grandmother always made us fabulous bespoke cakes for our birthdays, and I wanted to carry this on for my first born…. so, I bought myself a cake decorating book and took it from there! the more cakes I made the better I became. This soon developed into all things sweet, as my passion for desserts just grew and grew, I felt it was time to expand and open our first place: the Bakery offering all our sweet treats to the public! I spend my time between my family, doing the regular mum & wife thing, then creating delicious sweet treats in the bakery, taste testing (the best bit) and burning off the calories in the gym! If you don’t find me in the bakery or the gym you will find me on 6-mile hikes with my spaniel who really does keep me fit!
